Interaction Software Sale to Rock Solid Images (OHMRSI), wholly owned trading subsidiary of Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping plc (AIM:OHM).
Interaction, a member of the Fugro group of companies, has signed an agreement to supply Rock Solid Images (OHMRSI) with next generation marine electromagnetic processing and quality control software systems. The software will be built upon Interaction’s existing “InPro” system, but will include a number of new features and functions specified by OHMRSI.
Rune Halvorsen, Managing Director of Interaction, stated “Having OHMRSI select inPro as the backbone of their processing environment is an acknowledgement of the benefits of our technology. All users of inPro will benefit from OHMRSI’s contribution of new functionality to our product. We are looking forward to this cooperation.“
The agreement includes options for further sales and is meant to help OHMRSI increase the efficiency and quality of their data processing workflows. Interaction also provides software and services for the management of marine electromagnetic data through their “InStore” software product.
