Rune Halvorsen, the CEO of Interaction, emphasize that the agreement with Aker Exploration is framed with the aim to make life as easy as possible for the client and its active users of EM data. Terms and conditions make it easy to see and control what services the client is invoiced for. Interaction’s plug and play technology enable the client personnel to make easy use of either Interaction’s or the client’s own application software. The internet connecting client personnel to our servers yield fast and safe access to the client’s EM data including eventual existing interpretations of these, and release the client from IT operational tasks and problems. Aker Exploration’s choice was to leave the operation of data bases and hosting of applications with Interaction. Other clients have chosen to install and operate Interaction EM data management solution and applications on their own computers and servers – Rune Halvorsen says.
